Overview
Welcome, and thank you for subscribing to Wright Auto Pro. You are on your way to fulfilling your personal, automotive and financial dreams. Wright Auto Pro goes beyond training to provide Sales Consultants, Service Advisors and Dealership Managers with the skills and tools to Sell More Products, at a Higher Gross Profit with Increased Customer Satisfaction. I would like to take this opportunity to give you an overview of the Wright Auto Pro website. On the Library Page you will find all of the Training Videos. This page contains three modules, a Sales Consultant Module, a Service Advisor Module and a Managers Module. Each Module contains Training Videos along with Workbooks that go with the videos. These Workbooks should be used as you watch the video, so that you can take notes. The Sales Consultant and Service Advisor Modules are divided into Skills Training Videos and Process Training Videos. The Manager’s Module consists of Training Videos designed to improve Managers general management skills. Also included in the Managers Module are Leader’s Guides for each of the Sales Consultant and Service Advisor Training Videos. These Leader’s Guides can be used at Department Meetings to reinforce the skill or process that was taught in the Training Video. While you will notice that there are many Training Videos currently available, there are also many that we have not released yet. We have decided to release a new Sales Training Video, a new Service Training Video, and a new Manger’s Training Video every two weeks. This will give your team an opportunity to review and learn the new skills before going on to another video. I would recommend that you have your consultants and advisors take their time learning the material in the already released Training Videos, before moving on to another one. If you have comments or suggestions of Training Videos you would like to see, please click on the Contact Us button and send us an email. The Best Practices Page is located under the Library tab and lists Dealership’s Best Practices by Department. We encourage you to provide us with your best practices, so we can share them with all subscribers. The Why Us tab contains information about who we are and why we feel we provide a better service then our competition. Also, you will find client testimonials here as well. By clicking on the Description of Services tab you will first find a list of all we have to offer. In addition, under this tab you will find News & Articles about the automotive industry, as well as my Blog where I share my thoughts on the auto industry as well as personal development ideas. The Forum Page is also accessible via this tab. Here you will find a place where you can chat with fellow consultants, advisors or managers. The Seminars Page contains a listing of my upcoming seminars. Finally, two areas that are still being worked on are, the Products page and the sales consultant’s own webpage. Both of these should be completed by the winter. We will keep you informed. Once again, it is our pleasure assisting you in achieving your professional goals.
