| 1. Exclusive Training Videos |

Our Training Videos, available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, consist of a Sales Module, Service Module and a Managers Module. (NOTE: Subscribers to the Sales Consultant Program will only have access to the Sales Module. Subscribers to the Service Advisor Program will only have access to the Service Module. Dealership Program subscribers will have access to ALL Modules.) Each Module contains training videos dedicated to both Skill improvement and Process improvement. The videos contain both lecture as well as role plays of the particular skill being played out with a customer. For each training video we also provide you with Workbooks that can be downloaded, so you can take notes and follow along. In addition, for each of the Sales and Service Training Videos we will provide Managers with a Leader’s Guide that can be downloaded and used at your weekly Sales or Service Meetings to reinforce the skills that are taught in the Training Videos.
Periodically we will release three new Video Training Segments, one for Sales Consultants, one for Service Advisors and one for Managers. We decided to release the videos periodically to give Sales Consultants and Service Advisors time to review and learn the new process or skill before going on to another skill or process. Several Sales, Service and Manager Videos are available right now so you can begin learning how to increase sales, gross profit and CSI. All of our Training Videos are accessible through the Library page.
