This occurs because the video starts playing before it is fully transmitted to your computer. As you watch the video it may get to a point where the video has not loaded. In order for it to load it must stop or slow down (buffering). This is caused by a lack of bandwidth at your location. The best solution is to change to a higher bandwidth connection or wait until the entire video has loaded
