The Sales Video, titled The Trade Appraisal, describes the process the sales consultant uses to ensure a proper trade appraisal that results in higher gross profit and customer satisfaction. The Service Video, titled The Vehicle Walk Around, describes the walk around that service consultants should be using with each customer in the service drive. With each of these videos I will first explain what the process is and then show you how to do it with a customer.
